We have launched a new online banking platform. Due to the switchover, customers will no longer be able to access their accounts through our old app – USB goMobile Banking (icon is a green background with a white tree).

As of January 1, 2025, Beneficial Ownership Information (BIO) has a new mandatory reporting requirement. Neglecting to do so, business owners could fall subject to legal issues or be fined.

Union State Bank has been fielding phone calls regarding a little green postcard telling the receiver to call “this number.”

Kayla Palmer with Union State Bank Hazen recently graduated from the Dakota School of Banking and was named Outstanding Banker. The school is sponsored by the North Dakota Bankers Association (NDBA) and held at the University of Jamestown. In its 50th year, the school trained 72 bank personnel.

Charles “Chuck” Stroup has been a pillar of Union State Bank for many years. Chuck recently passed away on May 18, 2024. With the impact Chuck had on not only people but the rural communities and the state of North Dakota, a memory gathering was needed. To commemorate all of what he accomplished through decades of relationships and his steadfast work uncovering people’s passions.
