Office Manager - Client Experience Manager - Gateway Financial Partners

Position Summary:

The primary objective of the office manager is to support the Registered Financial Advisor(s) with day-to-day administrative functions while enhancing the service experience of its clients. The Office Manager will provide timely and professional service to our customers and staff consistent with our service standards. The Office Manager may be asked to serve on other teams striving to achieve a “Better State of Banking”. This objective will be done within the context of our team guidelines, vision, mission, and core values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the advisor and their clients
  • Run reports, illustrations, graphs, charts etc. for presentations to the client by the advisor
  • Provide clerical support including the mailing of approved correspondence, photocopying, answering incoming client calls and communicating messages.
  • Maintain advisor’s file organization
  • Organize and help facilitate staff or client group meetings and public presentations
  • Develop, review and maintain procedures and checklists
  • Staff training- monthly staff training or as needed
  • In line with Union State’s Service Standards, be willing to help with Bank Committees, internal projects, and community events alongside other Bank Team Members.
  • Other duties as assigned. As part of the overall team of bank employees, this position may be requested to assist in backup and support of other bank activities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Telephone and written communication
  • Usage of internal and external computer systems will be used daily
  • Learning of products and services including mutual funds, annuities and life insurance
  • Knowledge of Retirement products including IRAs and 403(b)s
  • Knowledge of college funding products including ESAs and 529 plans

Formal Education & Licensure/certification

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
