How do I sign on to USB Mobile Banking?
Enter the same User ID and Password you use to access NetTeller Online Banking.
Not enrolled in NetTeller online banking?
To use USB Mobile Banking you must have an active NetTeller Online Banking account. A NetTeller account may be opened at any Union State Bank location by visiting with a Customer Service Representative or you may apply online at www.betterstate.com.
Is there a fee for USB Mobile Banking?
There is no fee for USB Mobile Banking. There may be additional data costs related to accessing the USB Mobile Banking app from your mobile device. Please check with your wireless plan or verify with your wireless carrier.
How do I download the Union State Bank Mobile Banking app?
A Union State Bank app is available for iPhone®, iPad® and Android. Visit the iTunes Store or Google Play Store online and search for USB Mobile Banking.
What accounts are available in mobile banking?
You can view account balances for the account that are currently available to you through traditional NetTeller.
How current is the information I see on the Mobile Banking screens?
The current balance is real time based on transactions completed throughout the day; this may also include cash deposits/withdrawals at the branch, ATM withdrawals, debit card purchases, telephone and online transfers.
How safe is Mobile Banking?
Customers are required to log into USB Mobile Banking with the same User ID and Password combination as NetTeller Online Banking. Please refer to our Security Page for more steps you should take to ensure the security of your information and protect your privacy when you use your mobile device.
What happens if I lose my smartphone?
If your phone is lost or stolen, you should contact Union State Bank as soon as possible by calling 1-877-684-2233 or 701-748-2233.
Is Bill Pay available with USB Mobile Banking?
Bill Payment payees must be initially set up through traditional NetTeller. Once you have set up Bill Payment and created your payees, you may access it and make payments through your mobile device. When adding a new payee, you have to create them through traditional NetTeller.
Can I transfer funds between accounts?
You can transfer from any eligible checking, money market, savings account you have linked to your profile. You can transfer money to any eligible checking, money market, savings, and loan accounts. In cases where account types are IRAs or other restricted products, transfers may not be permitted.
How late in the evening can I make a transfer for the funds to be processed same day?
The cutoff time is 6:00 CST for a transfer to be considered on the current business day.
